About 3-4 years ago now i was diagnosed with junior arthuritus in my knee's and fingers, since then i have been treated, and i had my final blood test to say it was much better.. the doctors said it hadn't gone away but it wouldn't give me anymore grief.. as my physic had given me physiotherapy.. nowjust recently ive started to have pains in my knee's again.. and it feels really bad like ive got cramp in my knee's (left and right) ive not been in this much pain before with them and i struggle to even walk what could it be?
