Fixing bad sleeping habit?

Question:
It's almost end of summer break. I now have a bad sleeping habit. I sleep at around 3-4 a.m. during summer break. I want to start sleeping at around 10 p.m. I have around a week to fix my bad habits. How can I do this?

Answers:
Make yourself stay up all night and the next day go to sleep at 7pm, you should wake up at a normal time.
try to wake up early, keep busy and tire urself out this will cause you to fall asleep early and do that for sometime and it will form into a new habit.
