Head injury HELP?


Question:
I was doing a flip where I put my hands on the ground and flip up and over, well i am not sure what happened but instead of flipping around i landed right on my head on the concrete. It hurt really bad for about 30 seconds, then the pain dulled and right now Im just really dizzy, have a head ache and i cant feel my head. My neck hurts too
I did not pass out or anything
im scared to go to sleep im not sure wat to do or what will happen to me

I agree with everyone above me but if you think that it isn't that serious or don't believe go to this website to convince you that you really should go to the ER for any head injury. And tell someone now.
go to the emergency department immediately
you could possibly have a concussion of some sort.

Maggie, Let your Mom know. You may have a concusion. Most are not serious. However on occasion a you can get a bleed. It can be a quick bleed or a slow but equally dangerous bleed/

just take a deep breath and relax.DO NOT GO TO SLEEP FOR AT LEAST AN HOUR!!If the pain and dizzy spells dont go away by then you shouod go to the emergency room.
You need to go the nearest Emergency Room and tell them what happened. You may have a concussion and not know it. The may put a collar on your neck in case their is spinal damage, you need to go now and get your self checked out, not something to wait on.
