My ortho said i might have to have another surgery... Is it too late to get an atorney.. they have been paying, but i am tired of braking bones due to that injury! What are my rights

Answers:
. It's never to late to get an attorney. They'll sue people all day and into the night!
But maybe your ortho isn't too well qualified? I'd pay the $50 to check his background. Or do you want to review your work comp payments, go to full disable?
