Any ideas on what would cause headaches when you wake up first thing in the morning?

Question:
It is not my bed because I travel alot and I sleep in different beds with different pillows several times a month. I've tried breathe right strips,claratin D,humidifiers,nasal sprays and now I'm gonna go through allergy testing (which of course i am not looking forward to). I've had deviated septum surgery and that did not seem to help either. I've taken muscle relaxers,steroid sprays,aleve,vicodin and lots of tylenol.Any ideas would be helpful...

A chiropractor ?
It has been proven. I dont mean to scare you.Waking up in the morning with a headache may indicate more. A researcher at the medical school has found that chronic morning headaches are good indicators of depressive disorders and a variety of other ailments. People suffering from chronic morning headaches awaken with pain every day or numerous times a week and typically feel tired, irritable and anxious during the day. "They often feel under pressure, which can lead to strained relationships at work and home,"
Hope that helps.
Some times your head hurts cause your neck and back are all out of whack. I know from exsperience, yu wake up and stretch your neck and you hear all that poping or crackling. Have you ever seen a chiropractor?

I was relly skeptical when I first went but now I swear by it. I haven't had a single headache or sore back since I started going.

They realign your back. These things called sublexsations ( big word for pinch nerves and tight spots in your back) block nerve signals and puts unessicary strain on your muscles whom are trying to compinsate for the disalignment of your back and neck. In short you open up thoise sublexsations more blood flow, nerve receptro movemnt, and better effencey of your whole body. Its kind of like taking your body to a jiffy lube only alot cheeper.

There is no medicine for H/A OR MIGRAINE. Not only these but for almost all painful diseases. Hence they become chronic.
Acidity, excessive wind, cold , heat, sour food and sinusitis, constipation, intestinal inflammation;
Blockage in the flow of Vital Energy are their causes. None of them can be treated with medicine. Our 100% success in treating migraine &H/A confirms it.
Acupuncture is the best treatment. I can treat it with naturopathy and YOG, but how can you manage pl see.

Avoid late sleeping if possible;spicy, sour, stale bakery foods and alcohole.
Sweet foods, COCOANUT WATER,sweet fruits, milk, rice, SPROUTS, SALADS and good sleep will help you.
But you try one herbal remedy- two drops of drumstick leaves' juice in opposite nostril if one side pains and both nostrils if full H/A will give you rescue. Betel leaf helps but it isvery strong.
If it is acute pl search a painful point 3-6 mm behind your thumb nail and press it, H/A will disappear within 30 seconds.

My daughter has chronic headaches every morning. They started out of the blue. We go to a specialty Headache Clinic and have both been diagnosed with New Daily Persistent Headaches. Check it out on line and see what you think. The best place to go for treatment in my opinion is Michigan Head Pain & Neurological Institute.

Good Luck, I have had chronic headaches for 7 years and for the first time have been almost H/A free for 2 1/2 months
