Lately, when I have been running, I have been feeling a little pain.?

Question:
Usually around my legs..
It may be that my knee is sore, or my ankle just hurts..
Does anyone know a way to stop or help prevent injuries when I am running?

Answers:
Cold therapy: ice pack, a wet towel that has been in the fridge or commercially available ice packs for focused pain relief. Anti-inflammatory tablets and gels such as Ibrobrufen (taken with meals and never before running)
Start slowly with a slow walk and progress to a gentle run.
do alot of stretching for you legs, and also warmup before you run it thins out your blood and gets your blood pumping
It might be your shoes. You might want to visit a running store and have your size checked. They can recommend the right shoes for you.
stretching, warm ups, and drinking plenty of fluid.
