How long can your foot stay sleep(or any other limb, that sleeps)?

Question:
what if i let my foot sleep for an hour what will happen 2 it?

Answers:
Honestly babe, your "sleeping" appendages/limbs are the result of lack of blood flow and poor circulation.

Allowing yourself to slow the circulation and blood flow to any part of your body is not advisable, and would certainly not do anything healthy or positive for your body.

If your foot is asleep, change positions and bend it at the knee placing your foot flat on the ground, or simply stand up. This allows maximum blood flow back to the area.

I must caution you against trying to see what would happen if you restricted the blood flow to any part of your body. The ER at your local hospital is full of people who decided to do experiments to find out what would happen if... :)
MY LEGS AND FEET HAVE BEEN ASLEEP FOR 5yrs,MIND YOU I HAVE NERVE DAMAGE.
nothing will happen extreme. your skin may turn blue though because blood isn't circulating properly to that area and it may appear to be turning colors but thats only because the cells that are there have no oxygen left. thats all. If your sitting down just stand up and fresh blood will reach your foot and all will be well.
