Bike crash stunted growth?

Question:
When I was about 12 I had a bike crash and landed on pavement on my right elbow. A big chunk of skin got scraped off the outside my elbow and somehow a chunk got scraped off the other side too (but a smaller one). In the emergency room they poked it and asked if it hurt to see if i fractured it, but I couldn't tell if the pain was from the wound or the bone. So they never put a cast on it. It healed but whenever I would stress my arms (like weight-lifting and pole-vaulting) my right elbow would always hurt. I'm 19 now and my right arm is a about 3/4 of an inch shorter than my left. My shoulders are uneven (the left one is always higher) I think because my body tries to compensate for the difference in arm length. Did the bike crash cause this? And what can I do about it?

PS: However my right leg is longer than my left.

Answers:
you big?
It is normal to have one side of our body's differ from the other. In women it can be one breast larger or one hand bigger than the other. In men it tends to be arms and legs , as well as hands and feet. Some people even have one ear or eye larger than the other.I don't believe it is from the crash just nature and genes.I'll bet your dad or granddad had one arm longer also.Usually it is the prominate side. The one you use most-if your right handed it is probably your right side that is larger.
