Or it could be the "old" joke about the blonde that goes to the doctor, and complains that she hurts all over. The doctor says to her, "where does it hurt?" She then points to her shoulder, and says, "here", followed by pointing to her stomach, her hand, her knee, her toes, the back of her legs, and so on.
