Alarm clock?

Question:
why is it that during the week, when my alarm goes off I have to drag myself out of bed but at the weekends, when my alarm isn't set I wake up early without fail and am unable to get back to sleep??

Answers:
you have had a better sleep on the weekend ,knowing that you have nothing to do
Uh ---maybe you look forward to the weekend and don't look forward to your weekdays. Sleep is a great way to non-confront.
Work is a drudge. Change your job if you can do something you like doing.
You have got used to being awake at a certain time of day.
This is a common ailment amongst us workers Its more commonly known as kcolc mrala syndrome which only occurs on our days off.A good cure for this is to turn your clock upside down on a friday evening good luck
Probably because your inner body clock is used to waking up early, so annoying though isn't it? Why not try setting your alarm early as you would during the week, and then when it goes off at the weekend, just turn it off, and go back to sleep!
