Alternate ice and heat on the areas, use Motrin 600 - 800mg every 6 hours, take a break from heavy exercise and lifting anything over 10 pounds. You could also consider seeing an Osteopathic Manipulative Medicine (OMM) doctor or a chiropractor.

Try alternating ice packs with heat. Chiropractor is a good idea as well as deep massage. You probably bruised the bone and that takes some time to heal.
try to sleep with your back straight and not on your shoulder. i think that should help.
I know when I broke my collar bone pain killers and booze took my pain away. Maybe it will help you too.
