Muscle spasm or something else? Serious Pain, about a 9 on average?

Question:
My molar on the upper left(mine) in the far back has an aching pain that gets worse if i bite down on something and is cold/heat sensitive.

My upper and lower jaw/gums/teeth on the left side stared to hurt the same time.

My inner ear hurts to the point I really want to pass out or just die. my neck is extreamly soar. And the muscle point where your neck and shoulder meet is in a large hard knot.

The doctor told me it was a muscle spasm and gave me muscle relaxors. They help with the knot but nothing else.

Any possible theories would be great and soon please!

Your doctor is a quack! You're showing classic symptoms of needing a root canal for an infection. The network of nerves in your mouth, and particularly in molars, is complex, so pain that originates in one place is often felt in different places (ie: pain shooting into your ear or eye, or down into your neck). Hot and cold sensitivity isn't always a big deal, and can sometimes be treated with sensitive toothpastes, like Sensodyne. But pressure pain is usually a sign of much more serious problems. Go to your dentist right away. If you think the pain is bad now, just wait a while. It'll only get worse.
Muscle spasms and twitches are often due to a magnesium deficiency.
