Is it dangerous if some blood comes out after injection?

i injected my aunt in her buttoks and after i take off the needle some blood came out.is it dangerous? what could happened to her? i luv her so much and i dont want her to be hurt... i know i should test the place first but i was sure that i put it in a right pleace

That little blue spot was probably a small blood vessel under the skin. When you gave the injection, the needle hit that blood vessel - that's why some blood came out.
