The right of my hip is hurting like someone is tearing the inside of it, is it my appendix and should I worry?

People do die from a ruptured appendix. Maybe you should go to the Emergency Room or call an ambulance if you are unable to drive so you can be checked out completely and the hospital. This is nothing to play around with or second guess about.
