In getting spasms everwere allover my body and in my head and neck and face.. im 16 male, please help me?

i have been to the er over 8 times for headache. i had ekgs, ecgs of head 2 cat scans and they havent found nothing. what can be wrong with me? they suggest stress, cuz i been thinking i might be dying and im scared. i been to my doctor and nothing found. neurolgist i will go back on the 21. the spasms are getting worst and are in my chest now and it hurts. what should i do?
