i read in the paper that a 94 year old woman fell out of her bed in a nursing home, she cracked her head and the wound was dressed and cleaned, and she was put into a chair with a vomit bag because she had started to feel dizzy and was vomiting. she called out in pain alot and when the nurse asked the manager if she should go to hospital he refused , so she was left in the cahir for the night. when the nurse came to check on her in the morning she was brain dead and had to be put on life support in witch she was taked off and then passed away. that was a mother, grandmother,sisterand aunt. what is you opinon?

first of all, that is really Saaadddd...-.-*
they should've taken her to the hospital, but maybe the manager thought he knew what he was doing. i would first find out why he didn't let her go to the hospital and then if the reason is not good enough then sure! i will sue him..we need to hear both parts of the story.
