Is it bad to constantly chew on tape?


Question:
i have a roll of scotch tape with me always and i just take peices off and stick them in my mouth and bite holes in them and chew on it. sometimes i roll them up with my tongue and suck air threw it, and i dont know how this happened or when it started, but its gross so id love to srat. and help or advice is apreciated.

Well, instead of tossing a piece of tape in your mouth, can you chew on gum instead?

Don't feel too bad about i. I watched a show on TV once that featured a girl who ate toilet paper. It was a nervous habit. At least tape has flavor.
