Sleeping problem and health problems?


Question:
I have problems sleeping i stayed up all night and went to sleep around 2 pm and woke up at 12:30 am i cant get a sleeping patern right, i just cant fall aslpeep, and i think im very unhealthy i smoke, i eat 2 times a day no breakfest, and when i eat its ham sandwich or hoggies, im not fat i weigh 135 pounds, i drink moutaindew and sunkist all day no milk or water. I never eat vegtables only once a week and i eat fruit once a week, i dont excrise or anything, what can i do to get a new start on my health? what can i do stop smoking i have smoked for 3 years? Its really hard to quit. thanks

Answers:
Well sounds to me like you know all the things you need to change. That is a lot of unhealthy things any of which could lead to your sleeping problem. I wouldnt try fixing everything at once cause that would be torture, but start excercising this will make you eat more and drink more water. Try to eat a fruit in the morning for breakfast. Once you start noticing changes and feeling better this will hopefully give you motivation to stop smoking and get that sleeping pattern you want. CUT THE SODA.
Mountain Dew is high in caffeine. You need to either stop drinking it, or only drink it when you want to stay awake.
It can effect you for 12 hours easy, maybe more.


Wish i could give advice on the smoking, but i haven't been there.
