Can suppressing pain and anger hurt u?

Question:
u c, i suppress most of my pain and anger since
2 years. I suppress like 90% of anger. And i dont
express any percent i think. My anger is fiery
like a volcano, but i dont want to harm anyone,
and it has no use, since it wont change anything.
And my pain, no one will understand anyways,
they r all ignorant fools and unsensitive losers.
Can it harm me? by suppressing all this?

Answers:
Express your pain - don't vent it at a person, vent it at a wall, or a punching bag. Get yourself a swim noodle, or a Hulk hand, and whale away at your bed or wall.

getting it out of your system will help your immune system, decrease headaches, and just generally help you be more relaxed.
You don't even have to know what you are angry at.
Used to we could beat carpets or chop wood to vent anger - now we have to come up with other ways to get that physical energy out of our bodies.

good luck
yes you might end up with some kind of anxiety or depression...you need to find a way of letting off steam..in a positive way..and excersise is the best way...boxing or running etc...try writing out things that piss you off..goodluck...
yes it can harm u. i'm going through the same thing.
