Is it worth it?

Question:
i know that i have asked other questions about this but i just asked my mom to bring me to the doctor tomorrow, as many people who responded to my last questions have suggested. when i told her we should go she said that it is not worth it. i know that for broken toes they only buddy tape them together but if i broke my foot or big toe and my toe is numb would that be worth going to the doctor for? i told my mom about the pain and numbness and she insists that going to the doctor for it is a waste of time.

Answers:
If it's just your toe (even big toe) there isn't really anything a doctor can do. Tape your toe next to it together and that will help a little. If it is your foot that may be broke then yes you need to see a doctor. Even if you have a bad sprain sometimes that to needs attention. With a bad sprain or a break you could have serious complications later in life try to walk. Go to your school nurse or dad if possible and let them look at your foot. Maybe one of them can get you help.
I think she is wrong. numbness is not a good sign. depending on what you did to it. you could have did some nerve damage which would be an extreme case but it is still worth looking into
