Question:
I constantly crack my knuckles, when I turn my wrists its hurts, like when I'm using a screw driver. And sometimes when I'm doing something with my hands I'll get a shooting pain from my wrist up to my elbow. I also am constantly feeling pain in my wrist and use my other hand to push my hand back so my wrist bends backwards/forwards. anyone have any ideas of whats wrong with my hand/wrist?
Answers:
This could be any number of things. See your doctor and get x-rays. I had pain in my hands and after fearing carpal tunnel, found out it was mild to moderate arthritis. Taking aleve and that stuff works great but you need to get it taken care of before you end up worse off than now.
They could be related, maybe a nerve problem. You should see your doctor! My Mom had something like that, it was tennis elbow, and a friend had carpal tunnel.
edit: If the brace makes it feel better for now, wear it, until you can make it to the Doctor.
carpel tunnel syndrome, i got it from working with a knife all day at meat works.
minor operation and you should be fine, see your doc!
