Elbow Pain (Possibly Muscle)?

Question:
Well, I have been in baseball for the summer and I have noticed a pain in my left elbow where (When you have your palm turned and facing) the joint it on it's left side facing my other arm. I know it is from baseball because I went on a vacation away from baseball and the pain stopped. But now, we are entering the tournament and the pain has been hindering me to throw oddly, because my body instinctively is trying to avoid the pain but, as a left fielder and not having very good shortstops, I want to be able to throw better because I've been throwing them like 4 feet to my target's left and, after my vacation, I was able to throw with speed and accuracy. Is there a way to somehow stop the pain without using painkillers, like a massage or acupuncture stuff? Thanks people.

Answers:
you need to see a sports medicine type of specialist,
some are doctors, some aren't

That is the sort of person that can ID how you can throw with damaging your elbow even more

find one soon - this is one of those things that if left untreated can stop your baseball playing completely
try a sports therapist who will be able to ascertain if it is muscualr or in the bone and be able to treat it ccordingly. good luck x
