My headache is so bad that I feel like I'm going to grow up.?

Question:
I took aspirin, I drank water but I still have a headache. WHat should I do?

Answers:
squeeze the web between the index finger & the thumb, you will find a spot about the size of a dime that is particularly sore. squeeze there --do it to both hands--darken the room if you haven't already & turn down the volumn (of the tv, kids, music, whatever) try some shoulder rolls forward & backward. cool rag on the forehead &/or back of neck. hot bath if its a tension headach, good luck.
drink some gatorade - with the heat as hot as it is - water is not enough - you need to replace electrolytes also
Headache with nausea may be a migraine. Go into a dark room and take a nap.
That sounds like a migraine. Try a strong cup of coffee, the caffiene should help!
aint nothing wrong with growing up . welcome to the club !
aspirin does nothing for my headaches
food allergies were causing MY headaches
NO don't drink coffee or eat chocolate. The caffeine constricts the blood vessels in your brain which causes headaches.

Go to a dark room and take a nap.
Hope you feel better soon.
Try a cool towel over your eyes and around the back of your neck. Drink plenty of fluids and my sister swears by Skittles! She says a bottle of water and a bag of skittles will cure a headache! It may be the sugar - I don't know.
Sounds like a migraine. They CAN make you nauseous and you may throw up. When I got my first migraine (awful by the way) I threw up. But once I did, the headache was gone and I felt better.

But go in a dark room since migraines tend to make you sensitive to light and sound.
