Is it true you can get upper back pain if the back is exposed air when sweating after excercising?

Question:
Its just that i have a upper back pain at the moment, i mean i can walk, dont have breathing difficulties or anything but can it be because of the sweat being exposed to air after working out, im sure i just layed down on the bed when my back was sweating after a work out and next morning i got a lingering pain at my upper back, is this normal?

Answers:
There is no possible relationship. But back and neck pains are common, it is more likely to be the workout itself.
yes, you can kind of catch a cold and that can happen to your nerves and muscles. Happens with your back rather often. Use a deep heating cream, like kapsicam or finalgon or something else. You'll be ok. Be more careful in the future, it happens very often in hot weather.
if your sweating and then going into the air it could be muscle spasm as hot and then cold could spasm it.. hence the pain.. id say keep your back covered after the work out then have a warm shower followed by a t.shirt to keep the air off it
No this is not possible you could have done it during your work out or you could have slept funny
