This question has been asked before, and alot of answers are "use deodorant".forget that. Deodorant does NOT stop sweating. Antiperspirant has compounds that reduce sweating, but likely won't do you any good. If you have a condition called hyperhidrosis, which is overstimulation of the sympathetic nervous system, your best bet is the ETS surgery (endoscopic thoracic sympathectomy), It's a minor surgery, and very effective.
Rub unscented deodorant on them everyday!
If there are any diet options then google will have the answer.
stop being so nervous.
I agree with me. you can use it on you feet too.
always carry some tissues in your pocket and when you feel your hands getting sweaty quickly put your hands in your pocket and discretely wipe them on the tissues.!
deodorant
try baking soda, it acts as deodorant without all the chemicals
Are you nervous? Gain experience in the areas of life where you are nervous. It is something I can relate too. I find a lot of things difficult. To get encouragement, listen to ttb.org. It will help you to calm down and try new stuff.
Louis Armstrong had that same problem of sweating. Read: http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/sweating_si...

Good Luck to you. I remember I had a couple of students with that problem and it was very irritating for them.
I know that back in the revolutionary war and the civil war, soldiers used to rub lemons, limes, or oranges in the palms of their hands so that they would not sweat and would be able to hold their weapon without losing their grip. The fruit was not cut, I believe the rind holds something that keeps moisture out and that's why they rubbed the outer part of the fruit on their palms. Plus the oils from the fruit smell good as well. Good luck on finding a solution.
Drink lots of water & other liquids.
