What is the healthiest most efficent way to str8ing my sleep habits?


Question:
I woke up at 9 pm tonight and my sleep schedule keeps getting worse every night . If i try to stay awake all day i am so exausted I sleep for like 18 hours and it still doesnt help , and if I take and ambien or a sleeping aid I sleep for like 18 hours for i am to sensitive to them . Does anyone have any advice I have already lost my job its really becoming a problem.

i almost have the same problem..its 5am rite now..im gonna wake up at around 3..i know this for sure..pull an all nighter...go to sleep tomorrow night..get someone to wake u up around 9 or 10 am the next day..and then go to bed at around midnight that night and see how that goes...goodluck..
