I can hear something in my husbands neck, not very often but it sounds like liquid? what is this?

Question:

It sounds like fluid running down the back of his neck, maybe near his spine. He claims that its natural but I don't believe him.
He says "I think its some spine fluid or brain fluid running through my spine or something."

Answers:
I think it's alien mercurian fluid and he won't see a doctor cuz he's not human! Or maybe you are hearing things cuz you have extra powerful hearing, another sign of aliens.

I'm just kidding, have him go to the doctor. i'm sure you just hear his pulse, take him for his annual check up-- and no he's not an alien.

It is probably the blood pulsing through the jugular veins and carotid arteries. If you look closely you will be able to see and feel the pulse there.
