I accidentally pinched my skin; the skin is not torn but there is blood underneath.?

It hurts, but I dunno if I am supposed to poke a hole and let the blood come out, or if I leave it be?

Leave it be. Poking a hole could cause infection. Your skin is protecting the damaged tissue underneath. Your body will absorb the blood over time and the top layers of skin will slough off over the next few days/week.s
That is Called a Bruise. Leave it Alone and It will Go away with in a few days.
you just peeled your skin and you got a minor bruise underneath it should stop hurting by tomorrow just let it heal on its own
It sounds like you have a blood blister. You can pop it but if you do make sure you clean it with some peroxide and put some neosporin on it.
leave it be. no need to cover it . just leave it alone dont poke it or anything .
if you poke it, you could die.
i just let it be and it went away.
thats the less painful way to go.
no harm in it.
