Question:
I need 8hours of sleep to wake up and feel normal during my work day. My boss on the other hand gets maybe 4-5 hours of sleep, and is also able to function at work normally, frequently working more hours than me. I notice that majority of successful people, sleep less than 8 hours a day.
Is there some way I can train my body to function normally on 5-6hours of sleep? I tried to gradlly sleep less to ease myself into less sleep, but I just end up being groggy and unproductive the whole day.

Apparently the Atkins diet (or, eating more protein and fewer carbohydrates) makes you sleep less.
