If you are being truthful about the headache, I think it is a little too much pill for you. It is morphine sulfate. Your friend should have told you that and it is really irresponsible because alot of people are allergic to morphine. You can just simply stop breathing in your sleep.
definately dont take it. It is just plain stupid to take medicine you are unfamiliar with especially if u are unsure of it's purposes. Just take some advil or tylenol for your headache. As for the pill, I'm pretty sure it's morphine which is an extreme norcotic pain reliever.

It is a very strong medication and if I were you, I would consider other alternatives before resulting to a narcotic.
