I have a bad case of Sciatica and that Memory Foam mattresses are good for this. Can anyone comment?

Sciatica refers to irritation of the sciatic nerve. While memory foam mattresses are great for supporting your spine while you sleep (I have one and recommend them), they will do nothing to correct the pinched nerve. I would recommend you see a good chiropractor. Talk to your friends and see who they go to. When there is pressure on a nerve, that nerve doesn't work properly. A chiropractor will adjust the spine to take the pressure off of the nerve. No pinched nerve=no pain=happy camper.
yes it helps me too, good stuff.
I would see a Neurologist for a recommendation. They deal with this specific area daily. Because Siatica deals with the sciatic nerve that runs from the base of your skull (your cerebral cortex), to the heels of the feet and back up through the legs, this is why I'm recommending this type of doctor to you. One of the best Neurologist in the Dallas, Texas area is Dr. Andrew Konen 214-252-9432. Good luck to you!
