so i have always used the computer since i was seven...i spend prolly about 3 hours on it a day...maybe a lil more...now whenever i use the computer and i put my hand in the position to use the mouse my hand goes a little num...and when i move it out of that position it stops...im only 13

I have the same thing. Some call it Carpal tunnel others may call it repetitive stress syndrome.
You should see a doctor they can recommend some therapy exercises. You should wear a brace when typing also.
yes that sounds exactly like it. go to a doctor immediatly about it, tell ur folks, make them take you seriously because its a terrible thing, very serious
