If you are worried he will give you a piss assessment and u will have none contained by your system, tell him nearby have be days you've had to double up u hurt so bleak. He'll either cut u past its sell-by date or up your dosage :P

I feel for ya. I am addicted. The best entity is advil. I have have the worst withdrawls and know exactly what you are going through. The night time is the worst, freshly lying in bed, painful legs and craving like I never know existed. Advil will help near the pain, but not the cravings or sleep. Just attain through it, and be safe
