I am looking for supplements for Ankylosing as I do not wish to rely on drugs. Some1 told me TNF can solve AS is it true? It seems to quite complicating to understand what is TNF. Can some1 tell me in a simpler form? Anyone w AS and after consuming TNF and the disease cured? Got to eat how long?

from what i have found out, TNF is neither a drug or a supplement.cuz it stands for tumor necrosis factor.
I think you mean TNF blockers/inhibitors.
Unfortunately it's a drug not a supplement sorry.
