I just got a nose blled all of the sudden! Why?

sometimes it can happen from being in a really cold place and going into a really to dry environment. That has happen to me in the winter, coming in from the cold to hot dry apartment. I have known people who have had them occasionally for no reason, it happens. If it keeps happening over the next month, then see a doctor.
it happens if it is too cold outside don't worry about it unless they keep happening for the month if so see a doctor asap
I had never had one in my life and I woke up 3 days in a row with one and then got laryngitis shortly thereafter. It could be that, or maybe just a dry environment. If it persists, then consult a doctor.
Could be stress---nosebleeds are not unusual in psychosomatic things.
I know it isn't ladylike, but might you have picked your nose and not remember? Even ladies need to harvest the occasional troublesome booger.
The other thing is a vitamin C deficiency, which can cause nosebleeds.
