i get that but in a different spot on my head.
i've never seen a doctor about it but i think it's stress-related.
try doing things to reduce stress and see if you don't experience it anymore.

i have muscle spasms some time but you should be able to tell the difference between extreme cases or the everyday common cold type thing.
