You have to correct the issue before you can maintain it, otherwise you are maintaining the wrong thing. The chiropractor will help to realign the spine and restore you posture. The posture is most likely the culprit causing the tight muscles in the neck, upper back, and shoulders. Once you get these corrected, massage, thai chi, yoga, all of those are great ways to maintain proper postue and alignment. I recommed them every day! If only people were more active in their care, they would get even better results.

I would suggest trying yoga or tai chi instead! they are great for keeping the body in alignment.
why settle for being fixed periodically when you can go beyond and get strong and flexible so you dont need to be fixed.
its also skill for life, once you learn it you can practice it yourself whenever you feel the need, without footing a ridiculous bill.
