Generally this is caused by poor bloodflow to the area. If you sit on your leg or something, that could cut off the circulation to the leg causing the sensation. It also could be due to a clot or something more serious.
Diabetes and Peripheral Artery disease (clogging of the arteries)...
Circulation.
It's probably some blood circulation problems. Mine go numb too.
That's when the circulation is cut off. Like when you cross your legs. Crossing your ankles etc.
