i use to get consist head aches a lot i have to wear glasses but i nerver wore them could that be the problem but i dont get them that much anymore every now and plus i dont wear my glasses and dont get headaches that much i use to plz help

im going to tell you like i tell my sister all the time, you were giving glasses for a reason,not to wear on top your head. if you were prescribed glasses then you should were them, yes it will cause headaches if not worn, ive been wearing them for over 30 yrs.
first..follow your eye doctors directions.
After wearing your glasses as prescribed, if headaches persist, seek medical attention.
