Question:
Part of my skin peeled on my hand after I fell and my hand scraped against a corner of a wooden door. It didn't bleed. For a couple days it was red and kind of swollen and now it's darker than my skin color and it almost feels kind of SCALY?! It looks like a birthmark. here is a picture:

some people think its a bruise but it's brown on my skin. im not talking about muscle

Have you been outside in the sun since you scraped your hand? New scars should be covered in sunscreen for a year after they occur. If you have exposed it to sunlight, the color may not fade. From now on put sunscreen on it.
no it wont stay lik that it will heal
It looks like a bruise to me. It'll be ok, just give it a little time.
