When I sing, I can't get higher pitched noises out?


Question:
Is this just puberty, because I'm 13. My voice doesen't crack, it just doesen't make ANY noise when I try to sing higher pitched stuff. Not like really high pitched, but like, if I yell WOOOOO! Or, if I try to sing the song Evolution by Korn or something, the high pitched stuff doesent come out
