You should see a doctor so they can give you a shot in the area that you got stung. The same exact thing happens to me when I get stung by a bee or wasp. Just go to your doctor or the ER and they will give you a shot in the area where the wasp stung you and then they might give you a shot of benedryl. Good luck and I hope the swelling goes down.
yes defiantly still discuss this with a doctor
you did the correct thing with the benadryl :)
perhaps also have some aspirin
It is not normal.See a doc.You should have been administered histamine to neutralise the venom injected.Swelling is normal with stings like this. But since the swelling is abnormal see a doc.
I agree wit all the guys, go see a doc. It will help u
See the doctor! Don't question what or why, because we're not doctors here. I was recently stung & found out that people do all kinds of things. My father places saliva on the spot immediately, my brother takes a Benadryl. Also, supposedly, one of the cures is mustard on the wound.or ice for the swelling.
Please, please go to the doctor. See what happened and ask if you're allergic. Check your family history and ask who has one or has severe reactions and how they're treated.
Best wishes always ...
Here's what you do. You take a needle, dip it in rubbing alcohol or hydrogen peroxide, and stick it in the wound where the sting was. Ensure to stick it in far enough (about a half inch) Then, you want to squeeze the wound really hard until you get all the puss and blood out of there (the infection). After that, scrub the wound with soap and water and put some ointment on the wound like neosporane. Then, cover it up with a band aid. Check the wound out in two days. If it is still puffy, repeat procedure over again. This works all the time because you get all the infection out by squeezing it out. And the ointment prevents infection.
