i have a really bad headak and i'm very very cold my stumach hurts in the middle and the right side

IF this has happening for days I'd get it checked out. I had the same symptoms and once I had appendicitis. Defiantly get it checked out.
Sounds kind of like the flu. If the right side gets worse, call a doc, appenditis is nothing to play with.
It sounds like the flu. I'd drink lots of fluids, and if it does not get better or gets too bad to bear to see a doctor.
