um no. that's a myth. if you sleep with wet hair, the moisture is going to get trapped between your hair and your pillow for a long period of time, therefore, causing a headache. you might also catch a cold if your hair is wet.

my niece goes to bed with wet hair everynight, as she showers and washes her hair at night, and bathes in the am.
if i personally go to bed with wet hair, i may wake up with the sniffles a cold, or a wet pillow

so wash your hair, towel dry and sleep away!!
unless you get some terrible shampoo in your eyes, then you would simpley wash it out, not go blind!
