make sure that you clean your behind area thoroughly. Sit in a hot bath to soothe it. You should be fine!
Assuming you were able to remove the object, then as long as the bleeding is minimal, it will heal. If there is a lot of bleeding, or if you have been unable to remove the object, then it would be a good idea to get to an ER for treatment.
this is an exit only area, you could have possibly torn part of the anal area causing a fissure, monitor for continued bleeding, if its just a little and stops then youre probably ok, but if its a lot and continues then you may have really done some damage you should then see a doctor. get some witch hazel (tucks) and use these for now, if it gets inflamed you may have to use preparation H, soaking in warm water helps, use a mild soap to cleanse the area. dont put anything else in there unless told to by a doctor
