Hi, For the last week or so, the main, thick bone in my right forearm has felt like its been hurting, not too bad, but still. and then last night at work, I threw a heavy box up over me and into the dumpster, (one of those big, square dumpsters) and I hurt my wrist, forearm doing it. and now it hurts to turn my wrist cuz if i do, it hurts my wrist and up my forearm. What did i do?

strain or muscle pull, go see your doctor asap.
you may possibly have a hairline fracture or you may have torn some ligaments or tendon in your arm. You really need to get it looked at and xrayed to be sure. If you leave it untreated it can get worse.
