My legs are really sore from dance. anyone know a way to sooth soreness?

Drink water before and after and lots of it so that your muscles don't get tired like this. For the pain now I would get in the bath and sit there for a bit then once your out slowly stretch your legs out before bed. I used to get so sore after I got home from Dance Class tell I learned the hard way to drink water and lots of water too. If you cant get into and out of the tub like I did once stretch and lay down in bed and if you cant sleep either watch TV(if in your room) or read a good book. Make small moves tonight and in the morning you will feel worse so drink that water before bed so your muscles can loosen up more before the bigger pain in the morning.

take a warm bath with epsom salt
Get into a nice, hot lavender scented bubble bath and
gently massage your own legs. Lavender is very soothing.
warm bath or a heating pad. lots of water too try to drink a 16oz or more bottle a day lots of water helps the lactic acid in your muscels to wash away
Relax your legs in the lukewarm water and have a nice herbal oil massage.
