There is no medicine for H/A OR MIGRAINE. Not only these but for almost all painful diseases. Hence they become chronic.
Acidity, excessive wind, cold , heat, sour food and sinusitis, constipation, intestinal inflammation;
Blockage in the flow of Vital Energy are their causes. None of them can be treated with medicine. Our 100% success in treating migraine &H/A confirms it.
Acupuncture is the best treatment. I can treat it with naturopathy and YOG, but how can you manage pl see.

Cough has blocked your eustecian cavity hence ear ache and head ache due to sinus blockage.
You can treat your cough with some does and don'ts.
Avoid all fats, sweets, sour foods and fruits, milk and its' products, cold drinks and foods, juices and carborich foods like rice etc.
You should use warm water to drink - i suggest fast with warm water for 3 days or as long as you can till your cough is eliminated.
If good hunger use boiled or roasted beans in adequate qty. It will cause gases but you can avoid them by adding green salads with them.
You can use sprouts instead - a small amount.
Shift over to normal meals slowly after cough is eliminated.
You should avoid overeating or eating without hunger.

But you try one herbal remedy- two drops of drumstick leaves' juice in opposite nostril if one side pains and both nostrils if full H/A will give you rescue. Betel leaf helps but it isvery strong.
If it is acute pl search a painful point 3-6 mm behind your thumb nail and press it, H/A will disappear within 30 seconds.

Visit an ENT speacialist (ear nose throat).
I bet you will be alrite within 3 days if you take the medicine as per ENT specialist's prescription. Avoid smoking for sometime if you are a smoker.
Try out taking some steams or have ginger soup with honey they are best for the headaches and nasal problems.

Thanks
you've been sick for 2 months and haven't gone to a doctor? sounds like allergies to me. Try taking a benedryl and using a humifier when you sleep. I have to use prescription nasal sprays (Nasonex) and Allegra just to breathe.
Have you considered going to an eye, ears, nose and throat doctor?
Have you been put on an antibiotic? Sounds like an ears, nose, throat infection. Could be acute sinusitis and/or otitis media. Go see your doctor.

Hi Tash, sounds like this has progressed to a nasal infection, that would explain the headaches and all the flem.

You could try a netti potty to clear your sinus's, I prefer this over medication.

You can buy a netti potty at most drug stores and what you do with this is, with warm saline solution (salt water) you tilt your head to one side, pour the warm water into one nostril and allow the solution to pass through your sinus's coming out the other nostril.

Sounds painful but it is not. It's very comfortable actually since the saline solution is so close to your own body fluids.

This should help clear the passages and may help you clear up an infections. Often works better than medication.
