Try some others, like spending 2-3 hours a day eating, or 15 minutes a day in the toilet, or 2-3 hours a day commuting to work.
You'll amuse yourself to no end coming up with useless trivia. Then maybe you won't be so depressed about the sleeping.
figures... just like exercising is so good for you but is damaging to your joints at the same time.
That is seriously depressing. I am so behind the curve! I am going to dedicate at least 10 hours of rest a night from now on and 15 on the weekends. More life spent in bed doing nothing!

i'm sure i waste just as much time doing nothing when I am awake.
THEN by calculating my daily naps and all the day dreaming while driving the freeway I could possibly live to 150. Yes / NO. Or should I just increase my meds..
