it's on my mid left to upper departed. it's really bad i can only just move. no one contained by my family is home so i hold no one to ask. it's really really desperate. i tried heating wipe but i feel close to the pain lone got worse. what should i do? could it be a pinched courage?

i need to work tonight! is it possible for it to be gone by tonight?

Answers:    Just relax...still use the heat pad...pinch some medicine. Hopefully it will step away by tonight. You probably slept werid last dark...thats why your back hurts. If not..it may be time for a tentative mattress!
